Shipping and Return Policies

 

Returns

Due to the nature of our products Hidden Shelf will only accept returns on severely damaged or flawed merchandise.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us at info@hiddenshelfpublishinghouse.com. Please include a picture and description of the damage. 

Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

FREE SHIPPING on orders over $20 shipped within the U.S. 

Local delivery and pick up 

Free local delivery and pick up is available in Boise, Idaho and McCall, Idaho. Please contact for delivery and pick up availability before placing your order.  

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hidden Shelf Publishing is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Due to the nature of our products we only accept returns, refund, or exchanges on severely damaged or flawed products. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@hiddenshelfpublishinghouse.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
