Hidden Shelf Gift Guide 2023
A collection of unique and useful gifts the give this season!
Most of the Hidden Shelf book covers began with hand-drawn, hand-painted works of art from the fabulous award-winning artist, Megan Whitfield. Browse Megan’s collection of original pieces and prints to find a stunning gift to give this year (to yourself or someone else)!
One Christmas Lasts Forever R.D. Gaines
Late one Christmas Eve, a father unexpectedly steps back into his childhood of parents and grandparents, only to realize his children are standing behind him . . . A unique and beautifully illustrated story of eternal bonds . . . with a wondrous twist.
A great book to gift, or add to your own collection, during the Christmas Season; a time filled with family and memories.
Easily save your spot and keep your tea, glasses, and phone, all in one place with this cute and handy book nook.
A unique gift idea from North Drinkware. We have the Mt. Hood glass (gifted to my husband a couple of years ago, his hometown is near Mt. Hood). The Mt. Bachelor glass is on my wish list, representing my beautiful hometown of Bend, OR. I also love the Teton glass! In fact, I’d take all the mountain ranges! Pair a glass with a bottle of your choice to seal the deal!
I love this book subscription kit because it also comes with fun little treasures in addition to introducing you to a new book or author. Each box follows a certain theme. With a subscription you/the recipient can be surprised each month, or you can purchase individual boxes choosing from a variety of themes.
Owl Crate Jr. is designed for readers 8-12 years old. Owl Crate is geared towards YA readers. I wanted a themed book subscription box for my 6-year-old but couldn’t find anything that combined great books with great goodies. So this year I am curating my own monthly book box for him.
If you are curating your own book box, ask us for suggestions!
Hidden Shelf New Releases: Not Enough, Land of Shadows, Back to One Take 3: Cinema Verite, Swan Vanishing, Heidelberg.
I love giving books as gifts. It’s a unique gift that lasts– books can be passed onto the next reader, or placed lovingly on the shelf, and reread again and again. Listed here are Hidden Shelf’s new releases. To see all of our titles click HERE or HERE.
Lighted Beanie and Lighted Leash
A practical gift that will be appreciated and get a lot of use–especially in the winter months when there are limited daylight hours. I often walking my dog in the dark early in the morning or late afternoon when the sun goes down early. Lighted beanies and leashes mean I can see where I am going and others can see me–while keeping my hands free.
From the makers of Exploding Kittens, a word-shouting game for all ages. Test your useless knowledge: draw category cards and shout words matching the category and letter on the race track, turning your useless knowledge into useful points.
I wish I’d known about this sooner! I have spent many cold and dreary days watching my kids play soccer and baseball. Having this heated chair would be a game-changer! It would also come in handy for camping!
Maybe not the most fun or exciting gift idea, but certainly useful! Keep your outlets clear and add light to hallways and rooms with these sensor-activated outlet lights.
Lead-free, phthalate-free, vegan, eco-friendly, and recyclable. Good and Well Supply Co. also supports the conservation and protection of public lands, diversity, and inclusion in the outdoors through annual donations to nonprofit organizations.
Our cell phones now have a wide variety of uses– tracking steps, maps, camera, weather, and the list goes on. So even if you are heading out into the wilderness to get away from the constant alerts, emails, phone calls, texts, and social media streams, you’ll likely still be utilizing the other features of your phone, and you’ll need a charger.
